At a group debriefing event like Recalibrate! participants develop close ties to the others in their group. Some maintain those relationships and even share professional resources and insights with each other later on. Participants also have one-on-one time with debriefing facilitators. Many of those relationships result in repeat visits during future home assignments.
In both cases, it is always encouraging and refreshing to meet people with whom you share so much in common. And that bit about the next life? Icing on the cake!
